Living Alone Diaries | What I Eat in a Day (simple and easy meals I've been craving)
Good morning everyone, it's a nice day, kind of not really, but yes, we'll start with breakfast. Oh my god I'm so bad at drinking hot stuff. Let me start with some breakfast. I woke up with this really random
craving it's called papola which translates to rice burger, I know it sounds a bit weird but it tastes so good and I used to eat this when I was in college when I was lived in korea and i totally forgot but i dreamed about it and now i gotta make it oh look who woke up from their slumber my god my stomach is upset some mayo do this , reminds me of my college days, I really loved eating foods like this where it was just packed very compactly and you can really eat it quick and
easy on the go and I don't like having to sit down and eat when my closest friends were visiting other schools and i didn't really have any friends at my own college because i'm just a very shy and introverted person Another reason is and i think that's like a big factor is that i'm in H started college early, but in Korea the freshman semester actually starts in spring, so when I went to college my class of students had already
been there for a full semester, so they had already made friends and so on by the time I was there , I was kinda like a new kid.
I didn't know anyone so yeah I would say for the most part like 90 of my college I ate by myself so I just liked having things like this where I could just like to sit outside casually or eat between classes if i were invited to a 10 year old reunion i kinda wouldn't make sense to go because i don't really know anyone i was quite a loner in college which is ok i feel like i've learned to really appreciate myself to rely on myself At first it was kind of weird to eat
alone, and then after a while like it's the best thing I'd like to eat, watch my Korean drama on my phone, or study things like that, all done, today's menu is also known to mappadubu as mapo tofu i think there are a few d different ways to do it, i'll just do it, and there we have it, um, okay, that's legit, last time, oh sure, when i was younger I always ate hot Cheetos with rice and ham, has anyone else made this or was it just me, I would take a piece of ham, I would put rice and a piece of hot Cheeto in it, wrap it up and eat it and I thought that was it Tastiest thing ever that actually still tastes really good My favorite snacks are crazy about chili oil dumplings.
I get these at H-Mart. I'm watching right now, I'm 39 and it's so sad that today is dinner time. We will make Korean Seafood Pancakes. i put them in some water to thaw them is korean rice wine so i have ko rean pancake mix since we are going to drink a bit by ourselves i wanted to make another anju anju is food that you eat while you drink that in english they call it it is Acorn jelly I'll quickly make the salad the onions carrots also cut into small pieces a bit of red pepper a little soy sauce sesame oil some hot pepper powder sesame seeds oh cheers everyone who tastes really good I'm so happy right now everything turned out so well I drink my rice wine I feel like my father would be very proud of me right now.
I'm so full it's time for dessert. It's brown sugar
