norman since his arrest in august 2020 the reason i was interested in the case is because i actually worked on the program. crew member so i met the family miss robbie tim and obviously an ndre when i heard the news that andre passed away in 2016 it really hit me hard but finding out tim was arrested in conspiracy to murder de andre was also very upsetting to hear so i have been covering this case as i said. since then and this
week was the first few days of tim's
trial today was day four so i'll give you a recap of just today day four of court i just want to give a really quick big shout out to belle randomness because he's also been here every day in the
trial covering the case and he's actually the one who helped me set up this concert so i really appreciate that make sure you go and follow randomness de vel on his youtube channel he's been doing concerts. every night doing a recap I'm just going to do a live recap today and then I'll give you an overview of everything that happened on Monday so stay tuned for that video on Monday let's go ahead and get started if you guys would like to send me some super stickers or super chats.
I really appreciate it because I took a break to go to the quiz and cover it for you guys, so thank you all so much for being here, thank you for your support, thank you for your likes, your subscriptions, and your comments. started today the
trial started with the defense which is tim's lawyers filing a motion to exclude special agent wood's testimony now special agent wood didn't actually testify until the end of the day and was called by the prosecution which is the government accusing tim with the crime was going to come and testify at the place where tim was when he left lax when he got to st louis how did he pay for those tickets what airline was he on what time was he leaving and what time did he land and also what time did he leave he was from st louis after andre's murder so i'll talk about that later but the defense filed that motion and the judge quickly said the motion was denied so he went ahead the defense filed a motion to compel the judge to adm. file a subpoena for yale yagnam as you know and l o wally is the insurance agent tim allegedly worked with to falsify these insurance policies and helped him fill out applications for five different insurance companies to obtain a life insurance policy for andre again all of this is alleged but the judge said he couldn't force someone to appear in court and yell that they don't have a cooperative agreement in place with the government so usually when someone has an agreement of cooperation with the government, the government will call you as a witness in To provide testimony that will basically make the defendant look bad, the prosecution did no such thing, so Wally didn't have to appear in court because he didn't settle of guilt, so he basically did not agree to help the prosecution with his case. he just took, you know he pleaded guilty and he'll have his day in court with his sentence, but he didn't want to cooperate with the prosecution, so tim's lawyers were l Hey, we really need wally's testimony, you know?
Can you get him to come and the judge denied it because Tim's lawyers did not provide sufficient evidence that the judge felt compelled to compel Wally to appear so after the motion was denied the prosecution went ahead and they called his first witness his first witness was fbi special agent sebastian or bastian freund f-r-e-u-n-d he is an fbi agent with the um st louis chapter of the federal bureau of investigation his specialty is cell analysis he is on the investigative team of cell analysis and he's also part of the violent task force, if you're not aware, St.
Louis and the state of Missouri created a specific task force to address the amount of gun violence and gang violence that was occurring in St. Louis . special task force to end that violence and special agent freund was a part of that but more importantly he's part of the cellular analyst survey team that dubbed cast yeah uh thanks wendy stewart wasn't obligated wally wasn't obligated to appear in court i know some of you probably wondered why he didn't testify because he didn't have to agree to go ahead the agent had a filing showing that the cell phone towers were tim's phones he subscribed to from atnt um sorry wait a second my google home office is shutting down wait sorry y'all she was going to keep going if i didn't stop ok?
So what the special agent had were graphs showing how a cell phone tower pings, so basically, if you have a circle, okay, cut that circle into three equal parts like a pie. This is how cell phone towers work. is what the foreign special agent was describing 120 degrees it will go this way it will go that way and then it will go that way and if your cell phone is within that 120 degrees of the tower it will ping what they call sectors so sector one sector two and sector three o gave a graph of every time tim made a phone call sent a text every time terrica made a phone call sent a text every time travail hill made a phone call or sent a text message the agent was able to show where that cell phone was when he was pinging the towers so this is very important um tim had two cell phones that were registered in his name before he bought his burner one of one of them with a 314 area code which is a st louis area code the other with a 573 area code which is part of missouri but is more like cape girardeau so at 12:18 a.m. tim's registered cell phone he has with att thanks share my love uh super chat i really appreciate it 12:18 am tim's phone rang a tower near lambert airport lambert airport is st louis missouri international airport g martin i love you thank you so much for the chat ok that proves tim was at least in the city of saint louis the day he andre died now when i say 12 18 a what i mean is he left lax on 13th march but landed after midnight 14th march 20 hours later andre was dead now phone before 12: 18. that tim was in fact in los angeles before 313 and then landed in saint louis after midnight now this is important because tim would later say that he was not in saint louis at the time of andre's death also the agent did is very specific that if a cell phone is off they can't tell where the cell phone is so you know how when you get on the plane you put airplane mode which is considered off so your location doesn't ping any towers. the last time tim's cell phone rang it was in lax before it rang again in st louis ok after that they were able to ping tim's phone at 3am near the sector in the sector near the tower um that was inside the tower a cell phone tower that was near forest park so forest park k is this giant city urban park in st louis right across from that park is chase park plaza so the tower itself is in the park but the sectors covered chase park plaza and that's where tim's cell phone was pinged ok so after tim's phone was pinged near chase park plaza the tarika's phone was pinging near chase park plaza i have my notes here so bear with me the agent was able to trace the burner phones as well so all the phones they were able to subpoena and get from tim tarrica and travail were able to get all the logs to see where those phones were pinging so the trap phones were activated and used at the same time and they pinged the same cell tower so what happened was after tim and tarika were together tim was still wearing their personal phones again, those phones and then they were able to track Taric's personal phone, so those two people's personal phones were connected and they were tracking them from Chase Park Plaza. to walgreens at walgreens tim and tarika bought disposable phones two minutes after buying those disposable phones tim activated his own seven minutes later tarika activated hers the agent was able to prove tim's normal phone tarika's normal phone the disposable phone tim's and taraka's disposable phone were all together at the same time so there's no doubt that tim was at walgreens and was near the disposable phone when it went off ok later that day taraka's phone was hooked from a tower near Andre's hotel, so I'm going to get to everyone. the details but andre was staying at the lakeenta inn on taylor avenue in st louis they were able to trace tarika's phone at that hotel her real phone not her burner phone after that they were able to get a deposit receipt uh copy and on that receipt she had a withdrawal of five thousand dollars in the American bank that was sealed at 5:11 p.m. the reason that matters because agent freund was able to prove that tim's phone rang the tower near the american bank at exactly the same time later, at 5:39, the agent was able to prove that tim's real phones were at chase park plaza the agent went on to mention that tim's phone was ringing near richmond heights which is near the projects is it near the projects where travell was staying or was it near the white guy chris uh the agent didn't really get into details about who lived or who he was going to visit in richmond heights but unless i missed it um but again that was the the agent mentioned okay tarika told tim he was going to the gallery. near the natural bridge it's ok at 803 the phone rang in a tower in a different sector away from the natural bridge this is important because tarika was on site at the natural bridge at 801 and for 803 the agent was able to prove that his phone e cell was driving away from there and heading south so basically she was able to prove that she didn't stay after she heard the shots but she testified she was there and heard shots but kept driving ok tara could call tim at 8:59 p.m. m. as she was heading south away from the natural bridge, then tim called tarika at 11:48 and her phone was pinged outside of memphis, so from 8:01 p.m. m. at 11:48 p.m. m. we were able to show that now all of this is happening on march 14 this is immediately after andre's murder andre's murder took place around 803 um that night and the reason i know is because tarika's phone rang near the natural bridge at 803 simultaneously there was a 9-1-1 call to that address at 8:03 p.m. m. ok on march 15th which is the next day all three of tim's phones his two regular um subscribed phones and his burner got a lax ping that is from 12:18:3:14:00 pm. you h 3 14 sorry since 3 14 12 18 am m. until 3 15 11 48 p.m. m. tim had landed in saint louis he left yes he had landed in st louis he left and landed in la in los angeles so in less than 24 hours he was in st louis and back to los angeles before tim's cell phone pinged near the Peabody projects which is where Travell Hill was staying so Tim would later go on to say um he never called Travel he was never anywhere near Travail well these cell phone records say different this cell phone record puts to tim in the vicinity of the travell resident the night of the murder now there is no more activity on tim's burner phone after he landed in lax on march 15th which is the day after andre was killed now the defense shows up and they are asking that when questioning the agent, Tim's lawyers question the accuracy of the cellular data, so Tim's lawyer, Mr.
Leonard, asked the agent how accurate the cell phone towers are and if you made a phone call on one sector, would you connect to another sector if you how many times phone calls get redirected to different towers, eh, what would be the reason for that? So the agent went on to describe that if a cell tower was really busy, had high volume, he could reroute your phone call tocell phone tower are those those phones were ringing nearby at the time of the call you can quote texts because you can see them on the phone especially if you have an ios it's saved on your icloud um so those were all if you have a google phone You can also find text messages if you have a google phone you can get transcripts of a phone call so keep that in mind it's ok at 7 22 Terrica calls Tim 7 24 two minutes after hanging up phone with Tim Tarika calls Travail 7 25 a minute later taraka tex ted andre is fine at 7 27 tim calls tarika 7 52 tim calls tarika 7 55 tarika calls andre you see how close all these things are happening 7 56 tarika call tim 7 58 tarika call andre 801 travell texted terrica to move to 801 between 752 and 758 trevelle arrives near the natural bridge location i'm talking about the same street a few houses down Well I say that because when travail stopped she could see terrica's car and she could see that tarika was sitting in the car in front of the house she could also see andre getting out of tarika's car entering the house or walking towards the front door of the house home after traveling see erica text 801 and again tarika called andre at 7 58. now testimony would show later that tarika called andre and said im outside which was her cue to go out and meet her, okay? he was there when pl said the man who called 911 the call was incredibly frantic and you could hear all the chaos in the room and it was hard to hear but it was even harder to see michelle griggs andre's mom hear that 9 -1-1calls and knows they were talking about his son the call was very disturbing 803 tarika calls tim after andre was shot testified that after he left he could hear the shots shortly after he left he used the word peeled or peeled off o burned minutes later tarika calls tim after andre was shot at 806 actual phone calls from tim dj daryl howard ok who was at chase park plaza before um now it was later revealed in testimony tim told him to dj because daryl howard did testify tim told daryl aka dj that i left an envelope at the chase desk go pick it up for me so remember when i said daryl was in the chase n, that's important to the story because it proves that he was in the chase and then the text messages show that his instructions were to pick up an envelope at the reception of the chase park plaza felicia says why tam took this to court because if you have a good lawyer who can raise a lot of questions you can get a mis
trial and acquittal or if you are very lucky you can be found not guilty it all depends on who best presents their evidence ok so 806 the actual phone calls from tim dj also the agent was able to prove tim it's two on t phones and the prepaid phone on 806 ping near a tower pinged a tower near lambert airport so if i'm not going to tell you what it is i'll let you connect your own points andre was shot at 803 by 806 tim's cell phones were near st louis airport ok less than 24 hours before tim landed at stl airport at 12:18 , so you can draw your own conclusions, uh, it was miss robbie at the
trial, no, she wasn't, and I'll tell you why, um, in a minute. share my love says she never called the police police so i don't trust her that's an excellent point if tara could testify that she heard shots after leaving andre even if she didn't know if andre was shot because someone else could tell her someone else has been shot on a natural bridge which is kind of a dangerous neighborhood od might have been shot why not call the police if i hear gunshots, i call the police but that's not my place to issue A judgment. the cell phone towers are the key because the cell phone tower near the natural bridge near the shooting location is a different tower that rang um near Lambert airport so they didn't say Tim's phones rang near a tower near the natural bridge. he said he called a tower near the airport ok so 806 814 tarika and tim exchanged phone calls which means they were going back and forth tarika called tim he didn't answer tim called tara back she didn't answer so they went back and forth that was at 8 14 that was 11 minutes after andre was shot at 906 dj was at the chase park plaza to confirm he picked up the money ok so at 906 dj is back at the chase park plaza to pick up the money what is the dj doing dj take a picture of the money it's ok for his own records at 11 48 tarika calls tim while he's at the airport and again that burner phone rang at lambert airport at 11 48 at 12 50 travell hill called tim on his real phone he's fine at 1 27 am. m. robbie calls tim after andre's death now andre andre was shot at 8:03 p.m. m., that's when the 9-1-1 call was made, so from then until 127, um, miss robbie was informed of his death, shot and so on, and 120, about five hours later um andre got shot uh miss robbie called tim at 1 40 tim calls big ed big ed is the person who texted tim the picture of andre he is the security guard at sweetie pies was looking at the surveillance cameras saw andre at the diner took a picture of him texted him that um texted tim at 140 tim calls this man and tells him to come over meet miss robbie at the police station ok 9 30 am tarika deposits almost 10,000 in her bank but she does it in different increments at first she deposits about seven thousand two hundred dollars then she deposits about two thousand dollars and then she deposits twelve hundred dollars so in total she deposited nine thousand and nine thousand two hundred dollars that's what they said your final deposit was at 9 30 am. in memphis 2 12 p.m. tim called dj on his disposable phone 2 15 p.m. again the money that dj picked up who testified himself dj daryl howard testified that he picked up money from chase park plaza and took it to travel hill at the peabody projects this drop off took place in 303 and the reason this is accurate is because records from the cell phone they were able to ping dj's phone and his google account from a tower now the reason they mention the google account a lot is because it may raise doubts that the defense was raising doubts about t The validity of the data from the tower where the phones were pinging from but Google can't fake it because Google uses GPS so they can get to the longitude and latitude of a person's cell phone location so when they pinged DJ's phone at the projects was a google gps they were using and i remember i said dj took a picture of the money what he asked travell and travell's girlfriend to do was take a picture of the money after l or they received and the reason they knew it was the same money is because dj took a picture of the money
wrapped with red and blue or red and blue and brown or red and brown i think the agent was color blind because it clearly looked red and blue to me but he said red and brown or blue and brown and red can look brown but I digress the picture Travell sent DJ was a picture of all the money spread out and then like the loose elastic bands on the side and they were the same bands of rubber so it was confirm ation that the payment delivery had been made yes g martin everyone please huh like this video shannon says yes she fired him and told him he can't act like him in jail that andre is ok to come back to story ok 303 dj's phone rings near project money photos exchanged at 55 p.m. m. from march 15th tim calls wally on the disposable phone now yes wally i'm just not even trying to speculate oh i will i'll come to a conclusion in a minute tim calls that's why i was about to say why tim called and yelled when you guys are only insurance agent is because on march 18 tim calls ranger life insurance company which is the company that approved a life insurance policy to be taken out on andre montgomery lists him as the 100 beneficiary of 450,000 out of a 450,000 death benefit uh that's how tim and wally say it um wally tim called wally the life insurance agent three days later um tim calls the life insurance company uh again you can draw your own conclusions computer, I'm not going to speculate on the subject of their conversation, but cell phone records show that at 3:55 p.m. m. on March 15, Tim called Wally using his disposable phone.
Tarika's main phone. i didn't have my notes correct at first but then they came back to them later tarika tarika's daughter enteric mother tarika's mother they were all in LA with tim and the reason we know this is because the cell phone registers a ping from the phone tarika's real near tim's real phone and taraka's mom's phone in los angeles at a restaurant called hot juicy crab ok miss peasy says i should stop because nobody likes it so i should stop or We should stop asking for likes, I don't know, but I will. keep going uh ok tara they told her lawyer she was at the tim after tim calls the ranger life insurance company tim also calls her lawyer and says i was at the when andre was killed so let's do a pause right there as i mentioned before the cell phone records how that tim was in st louis 20 hours before andre was murdered 10 hours before four hours before one hour before one minute before and showed that he didn't leave st louis until 11:48 p.m. . m. so here is the message the conversation between tim and tim's lawyer saying that he was in los angeles at the time of andrei's death was a lie and yes it says here in one this says 11 57 tim leaves st louis or 157 A.M. sorry my handwriting was terrible ok all right that was the end of the prosecution questioning agent wood now it's time for the defense tim monica's lawyer went to jail the first time for armed robbery she kept messing around in trouble so they threw him through the book that's right tim went to jail between the ages of 17 and 18 for armed robbery and did 10 tim's lawyer defense asked um agent wood do you have any records from tim ever driving to st louis does he have any tolls does he have any uh records of andre traveling to l.a do i do you have records that miss robbie traveled to los angeles or to texas to see andre so the defense even said this i was trying to paint the picture trying to determine that that is the word he used trying to determine if the agents or did not investigate other aspects of tim's trip or if they just narrowed the window down to the dates and times regarding the death from andre, the reason why that's important is because the defense was trying to show that tim didn't just come to town for the sake of audrey's murder, the defense was trying to show that on numerous occasions tim had come to st louis to do business at sweetie pie's locations, sometimes he drove, sometimes he flew, so they were trying to prove that the fbi looked into the phone records between andre and wally the reason this is an interesting question is because in the days leading up to the
trial the defense was trying to determine whether or not the agents were life i insurance agencies or the fbi agents were able to determine if andre ever knew about life insurance policies and spoke directly to wally about the policy, so in the early days of the
trial, the defense asked questions to determine if andre knew about the policies. because the prosecution was trying to paint a picture that tim made the policies himself without andre knowing but if the agents never found out if andre or wally had a conversation that means the conversation between andre and wally could have happened ok it's the tim's defense attorneys also asked the fbi agents how much cash tim had with him at the chase park plaza the agent said he didn't know but he did know he had a deposit of thirty thousand dollars that day and again the defense asked do you know how much money I had not saved do you know how much money I had in the duffel bag to which the agent replied no how much money tim made how much money taraka made at the strip club over the
weekend the defense asked the agent if he investigated Terrica's finances if he saw how much money she made stripping on Friday Saturday Sunday because he said he worked Thursday through Sunday so everyone s days he was working at the club did you look at his finances did you see how much money he had did you see how much money he made over the
weekend or how much he was worth um they didn't really go into more detail than that um okay this is this part is very interesting one part of tim's immediate defense team is attorney leonard i think his name is john and then attorney rodriguez his first name is gloria plus leonard has his own firm it's calledleonard
trial lawyers has other lawyers who can help you in your case they usually investigate but not necessarily argue in front of the judge but today uh lawyer macmillan or michelin she gave michelin i think that's her name she got up and filed a motion so just a quick recap please hit that like button hit that like button and subscribe if you haven't already.
Let's see how many likes we get just for fun and giggles. We are at 791 likes. I would like to get to a thousand likes everyone a thousand likes that really helps the algorithm get more out of my videos tim is charged with three counts three federal counts conspiracy to commit murder for hire conspiracy to commit murder for hire resulting in death conspiracy to commit mail or wire fraud now the reason they are two separate charges because you can go to jail for planning someone's death but let's say it never happened that's one charge but if you planned someone's death if you planned that someone is not alive and it happened that that person lost their life which is a completely separate charge so if you are guilty of one then you are guilty of another which is why the prosecution is charging Tim with both rather than just conspiracy to commit murder by overlook er uh resulting in death ok so what tim's defense attorneys argued was that the three things you need to know the four things excused peme there are four things you need to bring that charge against the person you have to prove that the conspirator told people to stop someone from living, you must prove that money was involved, you must prove that there was some type of communication through text messages , phone calls or emails, and you have to show that, um, they not only knew about it, but they had agreed. tim's aid and abet team argued that they didn't have that the prosecution the government didn't have two of those things so he argued that if you don't have two that means you don't have anything you don't have the you didn't meet the requirements to file these charges against him continued to count two again those same four things must be possible argued that none of the witnesses who called could prove that they had a conversation with him in which they were specifically told that tim wanted to uh live andre or have andre live the reason i'm using that term specifically is because youtube is very sensitive to the word schmurder so i'm trying not to use that again none of the witnesses said they specifically heard tim make that request and they also didn't hear that others people were involved in a scenario um with the third count, you must prove that you again the third count is conspiracy to commit fraud postal or electronic, you must show that you meet the requirements, being the requirements that there was communication, be it a telephone, email, fax, and that the person who sent the forms also committed fraud. statements um wait a second because they were going to bring oh the defense argued that they couldn't prove that andre was not part of tim taking out the policy so for that reason tim's team made a motion to acquit him based on the prosecution failed to comply the requirements that are needed to file these specific charges again to charge someone on these charges the prosecution stood up and said we have witnesses who have testimony they testified they had direct conversations with him saying tim wanted to stop living andre tarika ellis um testified that she was not only in communication with tim but she was in communication with travail which means she knew that other players were involved the same with travell she knew that tim was involved and she knew that tarika was involved the same with dj dj knew that tim was involved and he knew travell was involved ok even though dj was not charged he is still a witness who gave tes testimony that he knew other people were not involved in this scenario there was money exchange that's another thing for the conspiracy the money has to be a promise and exchange money was promised money was exchanged dj picked up five thousand dollars in a chase envelope park plaza and delivered it to travel hill at the peabody projects ok we have phone records to show all of this so after the prosecution stood up and said yes we have enough evidence we qualify for the charges he was duly noted.
I figured we did everything we were supposed to do. The judge listened. DJ is Daryl Howard. Daryl Howard was the person who collected the money. He is a friend of Tim's. He collected the payment from the hotel and left it to travel, supposedly, I have to. let's say supposedly wow i still can't get over dre's text to miss robbie i'll get to that in a minute so the judge told tim's lawyers uh that as far as mail and wire fraud , we are not asking whether or not it was okay for tim to take out a policy for his nephew we are not asking if andre was involved in planning the life insurance policies what did come up was that you tim
norman made a phone call or took a phone call foster's company we have it on tape you impersonated andre on top of that we have text messages showing wally specifically told tim
norman to impersonate andre give andre's social security number birthday and address and for those reasons that was enough evidence to support the charge, acquittal was denied, uh, the FBI wasn't playing this case at all, it's not good at all, so that was the end of it.
Tim's defense, um, trying to get the case off trying to clear him of all charges and, um, that motion. he was denied the defense has the defense the judge gave the defense until monday just to present enough evidence to support their claims so it's not over they could come back monday and say your honor we really believe tim should be acquitted based on he these reasons and here is the evidence to back that up so you have until monday to come back with that we know andre didn't know about the policies we can't confirm that because wally didn't testify he talked to andre tim hasn't testified saying that he talked to andre andre is not here to testify on his own behalf no one knows if a conversation thanks corey for the super chat no one knows or can testify about a conversation that andre and wally had or andre wally and tim about insurance nce policy ok , so I know that's what we think and feel some of you may think and feel, but we can't put things out that we just don't know if they're true or false s, okay, now we come to Big Ed Chandler. again the security guard who texted the picture of andre being in the restaurant to tim he worked as a security guard for sweetie pies um the prosecution asked why you texted a picture of andre in the restaurant to which now this is the defense this is ed chandler is the defense witness so that means when the prosecution has a witness the prosecution can respond ask them questions first when the defense has a witness the defense can ask the witness questions first so the defense witness was ed chandler and tim's lawyer questioned well why did you take pictures of andre and text tim to which ed replied that it was not unusual for me to take pictures of fired employees problem employees or employees that we hadn't seen for a while taking a picture of them and texting it to miss robbie tim and some of the other managers.
Again, I'll let you draw your own conclusions on that. to testify he left his surveillance office went and talked to andre hey guy how you been you know we've seen you in a while what have you been doing blah blah blah ed continued saying he went back to his office and then after that conversation , Andre talked to other co-workers and do we know who was paying the insurance premiums? Mrs. B. Corner Tim was Tim was not only paying the premiums on Andre's insurance policy, but when he added those riders, so let's do it for real. quick, the first initial insurance policy was for 200,000 worth of clipped coverage, a writer is an addendum or like an asterisk, okay, so the writer wants to say if this, then that, if this happens, that happens, the additional 200,000 writer was if andre died if andre's death was accidental then the policy would pay an additional 200,000 death benefit which was the first rider the second writer was if this then if andre dies in less than 10 years from the installation or activation of this policy then the policy would pay an additional death benefit of 50,000 which means the total amount of life insurance coverage tim was paying a premium for andre was 450,000 the reason why i broke it down is because the initial bonus was for the first 200k tim had to pay more money for first writer then more money for second writer so tim intentionally paid a lot of money to get that c amount of coverage for andre and that's a great point im going to bring that back to you in just a minute ok so let's get back to big ed he would do that right so tim's lawyer asked big ed um , did you know andre went to the funeral, big ed said yes um the question was who asked you to go to the funeral, his answer was tim, they did, he was asked why. you went to the funeral his response was to act as security the question was who hired him to be security at the funeral ed's response was tim tim's lawyers followed up with a series of questions about whether he traveled with weapons whether anyone he traveled with had weapons if 'everyone goes to the funeral with weapons, I mean if they were hired for security, were they armed at this funeral again?, draw your own conclusions from those 1000 likes, thank you very much, thank you, thank you, leave me your questions when i see them i will um i will answer them as i see them thanks for the likes thanks for the super chats thanks for the stickers i really appreciate it and that was the end of the questions for ed the accusation no i dont have any questions for him but no he was excused because they might have questions for him at a later time.
You may be called as a rebuttal witness. Okay, now Russell on the loose. Okay, Russell on the loose was a person who was a potential witness coming. to give expert testimony now tim's lawyers the defense wanted me to come and testify about life insurance practices is it acceptable for the uncle to take out a life insurance policy with a nephew the prosecution the government made a motion to deny that request because there was nothing that was going to change the fraud charges of whether or not this expert comes in and says, 'it's okay for an uncle to take out a life insurance policy for a nephew, especially if they work together, especially if he was, you know, giving him money if he had him stay in an apartment if he was giving him cars the prosecution was like that's not a mountain of beans and besides it was going to take more time so the judge listened to both sides and finally decided to deny that adjuster testifying so we won't hear from russell lewis on the ins and outs of insurance uh and what is acceptable and what is an insurable loss ok so again tim's lawyer files the subpoena request n yl a come and testify on tim's behalf now this is the specific reason the judge gave why he wasn't going to force a subpoena so basically when you want someone to come testify you have to send a subpoena um forget about the processor we'll go to your place of work your home or whatever it says here is a summons you have to appear in court now if you don't if you don't respond or don't show up in court a judge can make you appear in court he will basically make you They are holding you in jail and will take you to court to testify.
The reason the judge was unwilling to do so is because Tim's lawyers didn't even request that Wally testify until September 6th. That was this
week, so in September. 6 when the
trial started they said oh yeah we want Wally to testify then on 7th September they said hey he didn't respond can you get him to come and the judge said no like you guys dropped the ball in this? you just filed yesterday um you know you had all these months to subpoena him to come to court and then if there were so many failures we can force him to come but other than that you know I'm not forcing anyone to come, haven't you? he didn't cooperate with the government, he has no reason to show up, he can come, he knows he can provide supporting evidence, so I'm not going to force him to come right now, however, the judge said I'll give him until Monday just to toast me. enough support to say that it is essential or crucial that Wally testify and then I will subpoena him and basically force him to testify in court.
Tim was finally asked. Tim was asked if he was going to testify and tim's lawyer said we didn't know at this point so there was an earlier question about tim what the heck? the jury will be out to pity him uh here's what anyone who has suffered from ptsd is at risk of having an outburst when they feela lot of anxiety tim was in jail for 10 years tim you know he grew up without a father knowing his father was murdered tim you know he was alive when he when his brother was murdered and he knew that had happened um i don't know what kind life was tim before he went to jail i know after he got out of jail is when he got into restaurants and helped miss you and robbie i know build the show and stuff like that but i wouldn't be surprised if his outburst was due to past trauma and anxiety and the thought that he could go to jail for the rest of his life if he faced me the rest of my life being locked up behind bars i could have an outburst too so i that's my question there and that's my answer to that question now i can't definitively say if that's the reason someone said maybe he's trying to get the mental illness card ma maybe he's trying to sympathize with the jury I don't know, but I know that there are m Last multiple reasons why someone might have an outburst, let me see someone had a very good question about Miss Robbie.
I totally agree. not the present, that's a great question, the jury was actually excused for lunch the afternoon break or for the end of the day, but those motions were made with the jury absent, not present, I hope Tim is guilty and I hope that the prison is near. her future i hope she didn't do this off the chain god what was that question robbie will always get this i like miss robbie when the show i keep saying miss robbie was responsible for a girl's grandson okay oh my cash app it's the dollar sign j hodges thank you nina ray do we know who is paying the insurance premiums?
Miss Robbie is testifying, she's fine, Miss Robbie hasn't testified, however, she's on Tim's defense lawyers' list as a defense witness, so there's a chance she's very good. d possibility of miss robbie testifying on tim's behalf sometime next
week either monday tuesday or wednesday not to mention the prosecution is off today so they have no more evidence to present they have no other witnesses to testify or interview, they are done with their work. now it's up to tim's team to provide more evidence or more witnesses to testify on tim's behalf and all of that will take place next
week and again miss robbie is on the list to testify thanks for the compliment carla i try to be professional and true to the facts, did you also text andre's picture to miss robbie and the other managers? so miss robbie text andre hey i need you to take a lie detector test regarding the burglary at my house uh ok grandma just tell me when and where i'll be there we exchange back and forth miss robbie text dre why are you ducking like why are you hiding if you're not guilty then you wouldn't be running to whichandre replied replied grandma i'm not going to run after me or anything and i just don't want to get hurt that's what andre said in a text between him and miss robbie someone asked the question if miss robbie really sent those texts she talks like that now miss robbie is a very sweet woman she really is but if anyone has kids or have grandkids or nieces and nephews that cross the line you know sometimes you have to talk to them the way they talk to get them together miss robbie is also from the south she is from starksvi i came from mississippi and as a southern woman raising as a southern black woman raising southern black men you have to have to talk to them differently so even though it sounds a little harsh i've heard worse from my aunts my mom my great aunts my grandma um and yeah so she's very capable and without giving away too much um you know when she was working on the show miss miss robbie she talks like a real person you know i don't know and to say being sweet is a front but people have multiple sides i have a sweet side and bad side so we often saw the sweet side of miss robbie if you don't mess with her you really don't.
I don't have a reason to see the bad side of her but if you know you're acting inappropriately she'll rally you and sometimes you can't be sweet when you do that and I saw that first hand. I'm not surprised by her tone in these text messages because it was very clear that she was trying to round up Andre and force him to come and take this lie detector test to find out if he was involved in the burglary of his house. . Why would you send photos of former employees unless they were questionable? I have been in security offices of many companies for multiple reasons, nothing bad, but I have seen photos of store customers and former employees because they are not allowed. to be back on the premises if they stole something or if they fought and caused a ruckus if they are on the premises as trespassers so i dont know what the situation was when andre left st louis and left the restaurants but that would be a reason why a picture of andre would be sent to managers and i miss robbie and tim like hey he's back he's supposed to be here is it ok he's here is he on the ban list? andre was not involved in the burglary of miss robbie's house, however it was mentioned at
trial that the city and county cleared andre of any wrongdoing, meaning the police did an investigation and were able to clear andre of any involvement in the crime bell is incredible randomness make sure they go so please support their channel by subscribing and liking their videos ok im trying to find a question why are ex employees watching ?
No, no, they must have offered Tarik a serious deal. The d It does according to initial prosecution statements, Tarika and Travell have agreed to co-operate with the prosecution in government, so that would suggest a plea deal was reached, which means we'll cut some time off for his sentence if he accepts. testify and tell us everything you know about this earth situation sentencing is october 26 travels are september 20 i will be there for both of you ok so miss robbie also took a picture of andre yes she did did, I think that was the question. I was looking for yes please hit that like button, the politics itself sounded like pure, the writers and all, definitely not, I can't say definitely, I can see your point, especially in a person as young as andre and andre he had no police record so it wasn't like he was an active gang member you know he had a record of being arrested or involved in some crime and you're like okay he has kids to take care of let's get a life insurance policy on him that way if the street life he's living happened to him at least his kids will be taken care of or his wife andre had no wife to speak of andre had no kids that we know of so it didn't really make sense one of a la insurance policy as witnessed or conveyed by insurance agents is to cover costs in the event of a loss to replace income in the event of a loss so lets say andre was married if he died s your death benefit would help take care of your wife because now that household has lost income the same with a child if you had a baby but you weren't with the mother your child support is now gone because you are no longer living so the benefit by death it helps help the mother raise the child because again that income to help support this child is lost if tim if andre's mom were to depend on andre to help care for her and he passed away she would lose that lost income now i dont make a lot of money but i know if my parents lost me they would lose me and the financial help i can give them whenever i can is ok let me get this straight why would i need security if i wasnt wrong? how do you pronounce tim he needed security for himself or was he suggesting the funeral needed security because andre was murdered now i mean i'm going to throw this around i went to a funeral in chicago the funeral had security because the person who died was somewhere kind of life that wasn't guaranteed but it came with a lot of violence so to protect the people who attended the funeral the family hired security so it could have been that or is it you think someone was trying to get him. tim because they knew tim was involved in the death and tim and I felt he needed protection from that karma so make your own conclusions.
I'm not going to say anything. Thank you for explaining to me. I didn't know. Wow, that's an excellent point and I'm going to talk about this in my recap for the
week, but the prosecution's initial statement said the exact same thing that Tim, the only person who knew about all the steps of the plan, was Tim Tarica. to find andre's location and text uh tim and travel travell only knew how to show up at natural bridge with a gun to stay alive andre dj only knew how to pick up this money and leave it to work on the projects wally only knew how to file the policies for sure um white boy chris only knew to connect um tim to labor so no one knew every move tim was making except him that's what the prosecution argued in their opening statement i'm not saying that it was what happened i'm just saying that's what the prosecution had said when they had said it ok so thanks they dismissed it that's his name thanks for hitting the like button but why did tim have a bulletproof vest in the courtroom? pay that insurance for long jojo um tim's defense attorneys argued that they did so when the ranger's life insurance company was in the witness stand, which is the company that actually accepted the life insurance policy, they never paid the policy because tim did not provide certain evidence and that evidence being andre's death certificate but he also needed to prove that he was not a suspect in the crime or the case because if you are suspected of being involved in someone's death no one is going to pay you a life insurance policy that is from the policy company, those are their rules, so he never paid the policy, so tim's lawyer argued well, he returned the premiums, he had been paying these premiums for months, so where was your money?
I don't know why tim's lawyer argued that but if anyone knows anything about insurance you don't just get something if you're denied that's not how it works uh it wasn't but I think she was involved and wanted to verify that it was did. let the money be allowed to take us but not to point out the dead in it thats a big point so yeah uh miss robbie texts just prove she believed andre might have been involved and wanted him to take a lie detector tax test to prove otherwise or to prove that it is so if you accuse someone of running that means you think they have something to hide ok so again just i'm speculating i'm not specifically saying that's what miss robbie thought i was just saying with the texts uh revealed uh you keep interrupting yourself it's hard to follow can you finish your thoughts uh i apologize for that i have adhd and am neurodivergent so i'm interrupting myself because i'm having these thoughts as i'm talking and something comes up so i'm like oh let me mention this too i'll do my best chantelle but i'm working with the disability here, i'm doing my best that's why i do the pre-recorded videos i i this is my first time going live i read all my notes but sorry what was your response?
Did I misunderstand? What was the response of who are you doing? comments thank you very much for all the kind words thank you yes please turn your lights on i like no miss robbie did not testify janae will have to testify that is an excellent question i don't think janae will be forced to testify because she is not directly involved in these messages texts about andre that have come to light however charles a there was a text between charles and tim which led me to believe that charles would have been called um as a witness the texts show charles asked tim thirteen hundred dollars because charles he had a number of unpaid parking tickets on his car so his car was impounded and the longer he put up an impound the higher the price went up so charles contacted tim via text age text and he said hey i need thirteen hundred dollars to get my car out tim replied do you know how much money i am paying in all the restaurants and charles said q ue no and he went on to list like fifty thousand dollars here forty thousand here twenty thousand here which are there so tim said add that up and charles said ninety one thousand dollars so tim said yes like I have to pay all these bills I just got evict from my luxury condo in st louis uh also mom is suing me these are all the text messages that were filed in court between charles and tim the reason why that matters is because in the opening arguments the defense attorneys for tim argue that tim had a lot of money, he did not have a reason totook out a 450,000 life insurance policy and then tried to kill andre to take advantage of the fact that he didn't need the money had a bentley had 10 cars had two luxury condos had money to burn that was the defense argument in the initial statements but these text messages between charles and tim showed that in tim's own words that he was struggling with money they didn't really testify today was not the first time taraka had pleaded guilty to her pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit um in living higher and not living higher which resulted in death let's see here Wally is the insurance agent yes he is the insurance agent who filed the life insurance applications on Tim's behalf yes the prosecution rested how could the defense call witnesses without the prosecution fighting because they are two separate teams so the prosecution has done their thing? job boom they are done now the defense can say oh well we have more witnesses now if the defense brings a witness the defense will ask their witness questions the prosecution can still cross-examine your witness the prosecution break just means the prosecution will win no I will present more evidence and I will not present any more witnesses, okay, okay, why didn't they arrest Raya?
I came in with questions, so yelling is out. on bail ok so he pleaded guilty in June of this year his charges were conspiracy to commit mail or wire fraud it has nothing to do with the murder for hire charges because again he was not aware of that information or that part of tim's plan supposedly so they could only press charges for what they could prove so the texts prove but the texts between wally and tim prove that wally was complacent complacent um telling tim how to challenge to these companies as pretending to be andre make sure you provide this information x y z which was proven in a text message which is why he was indicted in the mail on wire fraud charges which he pleaded guilty to because it is a non-violent crime , it's a white collar crime, he was able to set bail.
The one where he posted bail, so he's out on bail, he can't leave the eastern district of Missouri, which goes as far as the dog bite. the judge has denied that so he can only stay in the eastern district of missouri ok tim wanted security im trying there was a question i thought while testifying for the prosecution i heard that too but i guess it didnt happen . I'm not making excuses for Tim and PTSD, I'm just saying the question was why would Tim have an outburst like that? the jury is another there was a question about oh no imagine all the money he had to pay no wally on bail yes awali is out on bail he is not in jail he is not in jail at that time again he posted bail they read the charges he was a non-violent felony he had no criminal record so there was no reason for him there was no reason for the court not to believe that he would show up in court and face his sentence or face
trial so again he the security guard he said tim texted him and asked if andre was there so if he told the security guards to take a picture of him and text him. he thats an excellent point yes um ed chandler no he said that in his testimony neither did the prosecution ask that but yeah that's a big point tim asked ed hey if you see andre let me know his outburst was from listening seeing all the evidence maybe again when you feel the walls are closing in and the chips are stacked against you the question was about the text between andre robert it's ok wally was never jailed he was arrested and detained but one time he had his uh pre
trial hearing you know to set bail he said that i came someone saw charles in court charles was there today charles miss linda monique monique's daughter and it was the robbie family arguing with the griggs family so randomness with belle went over this in her video but i can tell you first hand that the two families are kept apart because the griggs family is a victim's family and tim's family is a defendant family or defense family so they have to keep them apart while in court but i heard it on good authority by chance with Belle and the person who told her she was there.
I know who she was, but she didn't tell me directly. in court they know how to talk and they've been hugging and had like a family prayer so i can't say they're fighting i'll say this no matter what this is a crazy situation whether tim is guilty or innocent the fact that this situation is happening and the family has to see their family member get charged and go to
trial because the court believes that he is related to the death of another family member to be a family member sitting there looking at this member of the family on
trial for the death of this family member who passed away who is also related by blood this is a terrible situation for any family member i not only sympathize with the families but i sympathize with them because i know i have family members doing 30 years for an accessory to murder so i know what it's like to see your family member on
trial and think they're going to be in jail for the rest of their life um it's a diff pill It's hard to swallow, but being in a situation where one family member is accused of misaligning another family member is much more compiled than that, so I feel bad for the whole family.
I feel bad for Miss Robbie because she is her son. it's his grandson he's the only child of his eldest son who has passed away it's a mess sorry to the griggs family sorry to the
norman family sorry to both families involved can anyone tell me what andre text miss was robbie were basically grandma i'm not trying to avoid these lie detector tests i just don't want to go to st louis right now because i feel like tim is after me his exact words were tim after me or something wally is not a witness for the prosecution denied pleaded guilty he pleaded guilty he is h Tim's defense would like to call him as a witness but he hasn't been able to be served so they have a subpoena they can't fire Wally they have someone sitting outside his house to try to deliver it, a subpoena and tell him. he's been served he's due to appear in court but they haven't been able to serve him that summons because they can't find they can't get that close to him so he's hiding in someone's house or you know he's really good at sailing sharon thank you very much because of the super sticker it's ok so there's a lot of it i'm from mississippi and i have kids i don't talk like that to my kids miss robbie it's just me i won't say she's bad i will say everyone has a sweet side and a not so sweet side and when you get pressured your not so sweet side may come out thats all im saying not saying anyone is 100 sweet or 100 terrible im not saying that about miss robbie or anyone im just saying its possible that people will shake a little and talk a little little you know strong for your kids or grandkids i'm glad not gihana um my parents are from clarksdale mississippi my whole family is from mississippi and i've seen not necessarily kids being cursed but definitely Mind I've seen you guys get a strong conversation and like a deep tone um let me see here so there's a lot of comments here I'm going to give you guys I've been talking for an hour and a half I'm going to give you guys. five more minutes to answer questions everything i didn't cover miss robbie also asked her to take a lie detector test which was not broadcast which was not presented as evidence via text messages or first hand witness accounts as well I don't know he said tim didn't have any money for jenna's video to janae oh yeah old school gangster yeah you know um so i think you're referring to janae asking for child support and tim said i don't have it i'm not sure but the miss robbie sued him for money and tim asked her to take a lo The objections I don't know if Tim had a policy on his mom that was not mentioned they just focused on the policies on Andre how his mom had a of him, Robbie had one on him and Tim had one on him, but no one. talked about if anyone had a policy on Tim and no one talked about if anyone had a policy on Miss Robbie so Carla, I don't know, Tim was asked to do a live detective test?
I don't know why you think he never addressed her. andre when she said he was scared of her never said that was a big point um in the texts it was not revealed miss robbie's response was you have nothing to worry about or anything as far as tim was more like that on you know whenever you can please come and take this live screening basically reassure me about the theft but there was no mention of rhyme memory i have all the evidence i will put it in my video to be uploaded. monday i have all the proof of the texts in my re collection the text never mentioned anything about andre putting miss robbie reassuring andre about tim you know intentions for andre thanks leslie first time here my comment is outstanding thanks so much for that compliment good questions guys questions im going to be five months tim robbed his mothers house we dont know cant no insurable interest has been confirmed on a policy yes insurable interest is again if my spouse dies and i lose their income if my if I am dependent on my father and they and they spend I lose that income or if a child is taking care of me and they spend I lose their income then it is an insurable asset or an insurable insurable loss that is the word they use side eye gang exotic sunflower for please stop well i need questions guys ok there are many questions about a bulletproof vest let me tell you how tim showed up in court t im was wearing a dark blue pinstripe suit with a dark gray t-shirt almost like slate gray. turtleneck not wearing a bulletproof vest in courtroom was shackled at the wrist and ankles as he walked in and out of the courtroom having said that when tim is transported from jail in saint genevieve to courthouse i don't know if he puts on the suit in jail and they travel him or if he puts on the suit in court if he puts on the suit in court that means he would come to court in an orange jumpsuit with a bulletproof vest because that's the way the bailiffs provide in the cases involving the death of someone they put the person in a bulletproof vest, so if tim i'm not in court when tim arrives or i don't see him come in, they have to bring him in some back door or something, if he arrives without his suit , he would have on a bulletproof vest but he's not wearing a bulletproof vest in the courtroom ok if it was miss griggs funeral he was there we had security well if that was the case miss griggs would hab er hired security that's an excellent point if she felt her son was living a life of crime and that life would follow him to his funeral in lubbock texas then i don't know i can't say she would or she didn't want to because a grieving mother my mom lost her son i lost my brother and she couldn't play at the funeral my sisters and i had to play so i can't tell what the mood of andre's mom was at that time of the funeral you may not have had the foresight to hire security or even think that thought or something so I can't say definitively but you raised a big question but what will you say to your grandson Tim's son , when Timmy or TJ? he's old enough, there's going to be a tough conversation to have with him, I mean, he's older now, but I don't know if you guys watch the show, but tj has some developmental issues that he's been working on, you know? aids and personal i forget what they call it as if it's individual someone help me um it's kind of a teacher or assistant help you you know with your developmental issues so having said they could wait until you're older and more developed to to have this conversation with him, but this conversation will have to be with tj and i'm sorry for janae to have to have that conversation with your son, okay, thank you, leslie, jason, thank you, uh, miss dizzy delores, he said supposedly for a million, what is the million dollars?
You know yes life insurance to cover financial losses my grandmother is my beneficiary she would get two years of my salary plus my retirement the same my my sister is mine and she would make sure my parents were well taken care of and she would make sure my nieces and nephews had enough to go to college I have decreed in my will that I am single I have no children so I would like my life insurance to go to the people who would benefit fit in or also be lost and again as I mentioned sometimes I help my parents so that the money goes to them.
I think they took a picture of Dre because they think Dre stole Miss Robbie's money and such. i cant say amanda white uh who gave me a super chat thanks wendy stewart ok im going to scroll to the bottom thanks nina ray my likability is a politicianlegit why isn't it ok sound if it was a legit policy why didn't he get andre's information from andre that's what the prosecution was arguing if it was totally okay for tim to get a life insurance policy for andre and if tim and I are these are the questions they raise if tim and andre had a conversation about hey man i think you should really get life insurance on yourself you know what i don't know you're right but i can't afford it i have your nephew i will pay the premiums if that conversation was like that, why not? t andre asks himself to give his exact height and weight because th height and weight is one of the requests tim sent was totally wrong andre was in the right frame of mind the right mindset was in his right mind call a company from insurance and say I'm andre montgomery I'm going to take out a policy for myself the owner of the policy will be my uncle tim
norman because he will pay the premiums and I want to list tim
norman as the 100th beneficiary of this policy andre could have done what he was perfectly capable of making that if that conversation went that way yes that's an excellent question and that's the same question that the prosecution posed if everything was fine and fine between tim and andre why didn't andre take over of politics and let tim pay? so yeah you're welcome alice i love all these positive comments guys ok ok i'm going to go to 8 15. ok my thing is how he felt tim would get him. uh teresita my thing is how he felt that was going to catch him, oh, how did andre feel that tim was going to be okay? so remember tim tim andre was out of st louis for seven to ten months so to my personal knowledge tim knows a lot of people now the quality of those people. i don't know but tim knows a lot of people because he was known in the city because of the show and the people in the restaurants knew him if andre knew that tim knew a lot of people in the city and if andre felt that tim was after him yes andre he stayed in town thinking tim chased him there are a multitude of reasons why andre would think tim could get to him basically if i'm still in the place where my enemy is my enemy can get to me at any time. one thing those mob movies to speak to me is you can get to anyone at any time so i'm not saying that's what happened i'm just saying if andre really felt tim was after him or tim had people after him, I'm probably speculating that he probably felt it wasn't safe to stay in st louis because that was s tim's town andre was from texas tim's from saint louis great guys three more minutes your comment is great thanks cheryl i hate the people who try to act mentally when i dont like it either but its a tactic and its been rumored to work in numerous cases and times you know you act a bit watch the movie a moment to kill its ok the mans daughter vanished and he was i live the criminals the suspects and he got off samuel jackson got off because his the lawyer argued temporary insanity so lily thank you so much for the super tag my cash app is let me write swipe real quick I know some of you I know some of you don't have like super chat and stickers and things set up above thank you so much for asking about my cash app and of course I take a pen that doesn't work I don't know if you can see it's the dollar sign j hodges j ay e h o d g e s that's the dollar sign j hodges uh j a y e h o d g e s so thank you very much andre you should be able to rest in peace if justice is not done man will god i am a christian i believe in god and i believe in It really is up to him to decide where people go when they leave this earth so no matter what happens no matter what happens in court next
week god has the last word so i hope andre is resting in peace i hope he after this is over the family can rest easy with the court's decision um that's a good point um this just brings me to another point sorry carla for my ad or whoever said i follow o jumping i apologize but that just brings me to another point i was mentioned that if tim is found guilty tim's lawyers already plan to appeal. based on an inadequate base of evidence presented by the prosecution the judge's unwillingness or denial of motions to allow an expert witness to testify and also to compel wally to testify so i don't think this case will end anytime soon if tim is found guilty if tim is found guilty his plan is to go to an appeal that's what I've been told is if tim is found not guilty ok if tim is found not guilty he can't try him again try again for the same charges because that's double jeopardy but the prosecution could bring other charges fourthly um I don't know what it could be but they could definitely try again on a different charge so we'll see what could be tried with a life could be a life which is very difficult to prove when you start with a conspiracy but we'll see, again, it's perceived that the
trial will conclude next
week according to the judge, he says he thinks the
trial will end wednesday again monday defense will tentatively call miss robbie to the stand so far we've heard from ed big ed chandler he was a security guard we've heard from daryl howard he was dj tim's friend who collected the money supposedly from the chase we heard from tarika that she was the stripper tim was intimate with who also knew andre and was texting andre to get his location on the day he passed away. we've heard from travail hill, who was allegedly the shooter. we've heard from several fbi agents. i think she was an fbi agent but she was a weapons expert she talked about uh gsr she talked about bullet casings she talked about different weapons um different calibers of weapons that were found at the scene different calibers of bullets and casings that were found at the scene we had a person who came and talked about the actual crime scene we had a crime scene technical talk about where andre's body was located where the shell casings were located um the layout of the house we had five different insurance companies um the directors of subscription came and testified we had we had a crowd we had to mult oh the person who owned the house where andre lost his life testified about what happened the night of the event talked about how he heard the shots and then grabbed his m ousekatool went looking around the house to make sure everything was ok he saw someone coming up the stairs with a mousekatool he shot that person the person says "hey man you too Well I'm trying to figure out what's going on." they realized that andre was in fact the one who had been shot outside the house, so he also testified, so there has been a lot of eyewitness testimony to not only the events of that night, but everything that It led to that night and the things that happened after. because again tim called the insurance company three days after four days excuse me four days after the death of andre um tim applied for five different policies from five different life insurance companies over the course of two years i think the agent testified that the first application was in November 2014 and then the last forester application was filed in February 2016.
